Membership Terms For muhey.com (Scent Sense ApS)

Membership of Muhey

Your membership on muhey.com is a continual subscription. Muhey is a members club that provides significant discounts on well-known cosmetics, perfumes, and beauty brands. All transactions on muhey.com are credit card payments (Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, American Express). All payment expenses are incurred by Scent Sense ApS and accounted for in product prices and membership costs displayed on muhey.com. You can look at your previous payments and orders by logging into your account on https://muhey.com/ via the person icon in the top right-hand corner saying “Log In” on every page.

Only private individuals that are 18 years or older can become members.
Payments are operated by Freepay as payment gateways.

Accept Subscription Terms

By giving your consent to the subscription terms applicable on muhey.com, you allow Scent Sense ApS to periodically withdraw the stated membership fee until you choose to end your subscription. €19.95 per month.

After you complete an order on Muhey, you will receive a receipt via email containing information regarding the subscription terms. Please note that previous orders, sans the subscription terms, can be found when logged onto https://muhey.com/, under “My Orders,” located in the menu tab.

Termination of Membership and The Legally Binding Period

You can terminate your membership by contacting us via email at

, from the email you signed up using. You will then automatically receive an email within one hour, containing a link, to open for confirming your cancelation. For questions, please use hi@muhey.com (we reply within 24 hours on weekdays) or by logging onto muhey.com and selecting “My Membership.” The only exception is during the first 24 hours of membership. Your subscription is processing due to technical reasons, and you cannot cancel it manually under the “My Membership” tab. After the first 24 hours, you can terminate your subscription however you wish to. Meaning that you can, in your trial period, purchase items at members’ prices and terminate your membership the day after. Naturally, we hope that you would like to be a member for longer so that you can save even more.

Log in and click on “My Membership ” to terminate your membership.” You will still have access until it expires if you terminate your membership. Please note, however, if you terminate your membership during a trial period, your membership will expire immediately. No further charges happen again when you cancel your membership unless you re-subscribe. Your Muhey paid membership benefits will continue until the billing period.

Responsibilities and Obligations of The Cardholder

Your registration on muhey.com is legally binding from the moment you make your first order and activate your membership. By selecting Member Price instead of Normal Price, you also accept membership creation. As a member of Muhey and a cardholder, you must pay for your membership period and consequent subscription withdrawals until you cancel your subscription and or membership.

Procedure and Subscription Withdrawals

Your membership on https://muhey.com/ automatically renews continuously to access it. After the first 30 days of membership, your monthly subscription fee is €19.95.

Cancellation Rights

Your Muhey subscription is legally endorsed right to cancel for 14 days. In practice, your cancellation deadline expires 14 days after agreeing with us. Your subscription takes effect when you complete an order with Member Price on Muhey. Your right to cancellation is only active from the day you make a transaction on muhey.com and not from the commencement of monthly subscription payments.

If you wish to terminate your subscription, you must articulate this to us at least 14 days before entering into a binding agreement. You can give notice of this by contacting us via email at hi@muhey.com (we reply within 24 hours on weekdays). In your message, clearly and explicitly state that you wish to exercise your right to cancellation.

Repayment of Subscription Payments

If you terminate your subscription, we will refund your payment without undue delay or, at the latest, 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to terminate this agreement. We will return your money in the same format as your original transaction.
