Terms of Muhey
Muhey is a members club that provides significant discounts on well-known perfume and cosmetic brands. To become a member, you must be over 18 years of age, which you are required to confirm when you register and make your first purchase. Muhey is only for private customers—membership costs €19.95 per month. Your subscription continues every month until you no longer wish to be a member. You can terminate your membership by logging into muhey.com via the lock symbol in the top right-hand corner of the homepage and selecting “My Membership” from the menu tab. You may also cancel your membership in writing by emailing hi@muhey.com. You can terminate your membership by contacting us via email at cancel-my-membership@muhey.com
, from the email you signed up using. You will then automatically receive an email within one hour, containing a link, to open for confirming your cancelation. By choosing Normal prices, you will not create a membership when buying. We recommend that you take advantage of the different reduced membership prices and use your seven-day trial period to test how the membership works. You can terminate your membership if it does not meet your expectations.
How to Purchase
When shopping at muhey.com, you can choose between two purchase methods. If you wish to become a member and gain access to the many discounts and special offers, please choose the Member Price when you add a product to your basket. If you choose to buy at Member Price, you will automatically add a membership to your shopping cart. Log into your account before shopping on muhey.com if you already have a membership. You offered a seven-day intro period if you are a new member. Suppose you have previously been a member of Muhey. In that case, you will be added a monthly membership at €19.95 with your order and reactivate your membership. If you do not want to be a member, you can choose to buy your items at Normal Prices. In that case, no added to the membership in the payment process. We recommend using your trial period to get additional discounts on your first order. Remember that you can unsubscribe from your membership whenever you wish. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation. You will receive another email once we have dispatched your order. If you would like to receive a physical copy of your order confirmation, please email hi@muhey.com.
Orders
On muhey.com, it is only possible to order products via our website. If you have queries relating to products not listed on the website, please drop us at hi@muhey.com.
Order Cancellation
If you have made an order and wish to cancel it, log onto muhey.com with your email and password. Then, click on “My Orders” in the menu tab located at the top right corner of the page. Click on the info button to the right of the order that you wish to cancel and then on “Cancel Order.” It is only possible to cancel an order if our warehouse has not yet begun processing it.
About Prices on muhey.com
At muhey.com, you will find two prices under each Product: Member Price and Normal Price. Member Prices are only available to members. As a member, you can save up to 80% on more than 1.000 brands. To avoid any resale, buying up to 6 pieces of the same item at the Member Price in one order is only possible. Standard Prices are for those customers who do not want membership. The Normal Price does not provide the same member discount but will often be low compared to other stores and webshops.
Bonus Credits
You earn 1BE Credits with each subsequent order on muhey.com. The amount of 1BE Credits you earn depends on which products you buy. You can see how many 1BE Credits you have earned when logged into your account. Your 1BE Credits will automatically apply towards your next order at a 1:100 ratio. For example, 1000 1BE Credits will give you a discount of €10. Earned 1BE Credits is unavailable during your free intro period.
Only members will receive 1BE Credits. 1BE Credits expire after 30 days, or as long as your membership remains valid. If you cancel your membership, your 1BE Credits will expire. Earned 1BE Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other members.
Payment
All payments are via Freepay as payment gateways. On muhey.com, you can pay using VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, American Express, or Maestro. All payments and card charges are factored into product pricing and regulated by Scent Sense ApS. Payment can only take place using a credit card. Payment deducted from your account upon order dispatch from muhey.com or upon commencement of your membership. You will not deduct any amount over that approved upon completion of your purchase.
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT and are current market prices. When you shop on muhey.com, all agreements are in English.
Delivery
GLS delivers orders made on muhey.com. Scent Sense ApS is responsible for purchasing products until they are delivered. The expected delivery time is 2-7 business days (after dispatch). For members of Muhey, the shipping price is €4,95.
Cancellation Policies and Return of Products
muhey.com offers a cancellation policy of 14 days. This period is valid from the day you receive delivery of your purchased goods.
If you wish to return one or more purchased products, let us know via email at hi@muhey.com (we reply within 24 hours on weekdays.)
You cannot cancel your order by refusing to accept delivery unless you have clearly stated your cancellation decision by calling us at +4571337512 or via email hi@muhey.com.
In the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods unsuitable for returns due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel ceases if the goods become unsealed after delivery.
Returning Products
If you wish to return your order, please do so without undue delay (14 days at the latest after notifying us of your decision to return your purchase). It is your responsibility to ensure that any returned products are securely packed. You are required to cover any expenses related to returned products.
The Conditions of Returned Products
The customer pays for any depreciation related to product use that is improper or different from its intended use and function. However, suppose you damage the product through misuse or carelessness and seek reimbursement. You may receive only a small part or none of the purchase price back if you return it, depending on the product’s commercial value (s) and the nature of the given incident.
In the case of beauty products, fragrances, and cosmetics, the original packaging can significantly determine the product’s value (s). We, therefore, encourage you to send items in undamaged condition.
Refund of Purchase Price
If you cancel your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the money you paid us. We subtract the purchase price in case of depreciation related to improper product use or carelessness.
Payment made without undue delay and, under all circumstances, 14 days at the latest from the date we receive notice of your decision to cancel your purchase. If you exercise your cancellation right, we refund all payments received, including prepaid delivery expenses. However, additional expenses resulting from your choice of delivery methods differ from the cheapest standard delivery option we offer are not refunded. Refunds will be in the same format as the original payment method.
We reserve the right to withhold your refund until we have received the returned products unless you can provide proper documentation to this effect.

What Do I Need to Return?
To expedite the return process. Suppose you no longer have your order confirmation. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and the product (s) you return. In that case, you may also include the email address used when placing the order or the order number itself.
Your Right to Complain
Scent Sense ApS offers the standard legal complaints procedure 24 months after delivery. Depending on the situation, you can get your product repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a price reduction. Your complaint must be valid, meaning that any faults cannot result from the incorrect use of the product or destructive behavior. Your right to complain is limited accordingly for products with a limited lifespan.
How Quickly Should I File a Complaint?
Contact us when you notice a mistake or missing parts on and for a product purchased on muhey.com. Should this happen as soon as possible, or within a reasonable time from the moment you notice something wrong with your product. File your complaint via hi@muhey.com, after which we will address the issue in question. Complaints are timely within two months after product faults are detected.

When you return a defective product, you must disclose the problem in as detailed a manner as possible. If your complaint is valid, we will refund your delivery expenses, so please remember to obtain a receipt. We also advise you to include additional identifying information such as an order number or an email address to expedite the process.
Children and Minors
When you register on muhey.com, you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age if you are under 18, registration and subscription completed by a parent or a legal guardian. A parent or a legal guardian can easily revoke an agreement if a minor has made it.
Your Personal Information
When you register on muhey.com, we store your name, address, telephone number, and email in an electronic customer database that is only accessible to Muhey employees. These personal details save so that we can deliver your orders and per accounting legislation.
The material used concerning transactions must be stored for five years after the accounting year for which it is valid. Before your personal information saves on muhey.com, we ensure that you have given consent and know the saved information. Customer information is always encrypted.
As an existing customer on muhey.com, you always have the right to revoke your registration. You also have the right to know which of your details we have registered. These rights are part of the data protection act. For more information, contact us at hi@muhey.com. Scent Sense ApS is responsible for the data stored on muhey.com. Information given to muhey.com is not forwarded or sold to third parties.
Moreover, we do not register any sensitive information. When you sign up for our newsletter, we register your email address. Your email is confidential; we do not give it to anyone else. You can unsubscribe via the link in the footer of the newsletter.
Cookies
muhey.com uses cookies. We do so to make it easier for you to log in and see relevant products and new offers when visiting muhey.com. A cookie is a file that contains data about whether you are a new or returning customer, which products you click on, and other information about your behavior on the website—cookies stored on your PC, tablet, or mobile phone. A cookie cannot identify you as a person. It can only recognize your PC, tablet, or mobile phone and ensure you view a customized version of muhey.com. Typically A cookie is stored for 12 months.
It is possible to delete your cookies via your browser’s settings, should you wish to do so. You can set your browser settings to get a warning when receiving a cookie.
